Infrastructure Management

Invenio offers the following core services for Infrastructure Management solutions:

Proof of Concept or Feasibility Study

These are typically the precursor to a complete implementation, and can greatly assist you with arriving at a decision for your enterprise solution.

Solution Implementation

This could range from full-blown implementation of the management solution to integration-based point solutions. The management solution is arrived at using Invenio’s Service Delivery Methodology; the appropriate solution is determined based on one or many COTS products - IBM Tivoli, BMC Patrol, HP ITO, Microsoft SMS, Vytek TelAlert, etc.

Environment Assessment

Often times, previously implemented solutions may begin to show inefficiencies. This could be due to a number of reasons, for e.g., staff turnover, technological obsolescence, changing business goals, etc. In order to regain efficiencies, it may be prudent to review the environment to identify and fix deficiencies. Invenio’s Environment Assessment service is designed for exactly this purpose.
